In the unlikely event, something from us that is not in 100% working order or is not what you ordered (sorry, sometimes we make mistakes).
Please let us know within 30 days.
Please note:
- Any shipping fees incurred (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the item at our warehouse.
- All refund claims made within the 30 day period will be issued in the method by which they were paid.
- A replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received.
- Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch however we have to charge a $5 administration fee to cover our transaction fees.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed it cannot be changed or canceled on your side. However, we all make mistakes send us an Email at sales@gekashop.com.au
And we’ll try and sort it out.
