In the unlikely event, something from us that is not in 100% working order or is not what you ordered (sorry, sometimes we make mistakes).

Please let us know within 30 days.

Please note:

  • Any shipping fees incurred (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the item at our warehouse.
  • All refund claims made within the 30 day period will be issued in the method by which they were paid.
  • A replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received.
  • Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch however we have to charge a $5 administration fee to cover our transaction fees.
